To reset your Banner Test password, visit https://raidne.kenyon.edu/ssomanagerutil
To reset your Banner Dev password, visit https://ino.kenyon.edu/ssomanagerutil
The new password must be at least 14 characters in length (no other requirements) and should not be the same as your Kenyon network password.
The Test password will be reverted to the Prod password after the database clone operation which happens overnight.
